Description

A thoroughly renovated stone house with one apartment and a painting studio is for sale in the historical center of the medieval town of Bale. The artistic spirit extends throughout the entire house, and the attic with a visible wooden roof structure stands out in particular. The owners arranged this floor as an open space with a kitchen island on one side and a living room on the other. The central part of the space was occupied by a large dining table, and low shelves with books were placed along the walls decorated with paintings, which gives the space a somewhat academic atmosphere.

A note of creativity is also present on the first floor, which has two bedrooms intended for a night's rest, and each room has its own bathroom.

The house has two entrances on the ground floor, of which the upper entrance leads to the living area, and the lower one to the studio. Both parts of the ground floor are connected by a corridor, so the studio can be used as a third room without any special interventions, and it is already equipped with its own bathroom. The owners also took care of practicality, so they arranged part of the ground floor as a laundry room and storage room.
