Portun Immobilis is a real estate agency based in Rovinj, active since 2004. We know Istria not only through the properties we sell, but through its places, people and a market that has constantly evolved over more than two decades. Our approach has remained the same: personal communication, thorough preparation and responsibility for every assignment we undertake.

We do not sell every property in the same way

A house in Rovinj's old town, a building plot in inland Istria and a modern villa by the sea do not require the same presentation or appeal to the same buyer. Before advertising a property, we therefore try to understand its real strengths, its limitations, documentation, market position and the profile of the buyer for whom it may be suitable.

Based on this, we determine how the property should be presented – from professional photography and copywriting to advertising, market selection and communication with interested buyers. We believe that a successful sale begins before the listing is published.

Experience is more than a number of years

Portun has been operating since 2004, and our team consists of licensed agents with many years of experience in real estate. Over the years, we have followed different market cycles, changes in advertising, legislation and buyer expectations.

We use this experience to provide our clients with clear and realistic information – even when it is not necessarily what they would like to hear. We believe that open communication is more valuable than promises that cannot later be fulfilled.

Realistic valuation
A good sales strategy begins with a realistic understanding of the market. We do not view the price in isolation, but in relation to the location, condition of the property, documentation, competing properties and current demand.

Quality presentation
Photography, floor plans, listing copy, the order in which information is presented and the way a property is marketed to different markets all have a real impact on buyer interest. That is why we pay particular attention to presentation.

Information without concealment
A property does not have to be perfect to find a buyer. We consider it more important to explain its advantages and limitations properly than to create an unrealistic impression.

Guidance throughout the process
From the first conversation to the completion of the transaction, we coordinate communication, documentation, negotiations and the other steps required for an orderly process.

We have been working with the German agency Reker Immobilien since 2014. More than a decade of cooperation is based on trust, communication and joint work with clients interested in properties in Istria.

Keller Williams – global network since 2026
Since 2026, Portun Immobilis has been part of the Keller Williams network, one of the largest international networks in the real estate industry. Membership provides us with additional opportunities to cooperate with agents and offices outside Croatia, as well as access to international knowledge, training and professional tools.

At the same time, we remain what we have been from the beginning – a local agency based in Rovinj where clients know who is handling their business and who they are speaking with.
