Description

The modernly furnished house has retained the exterior contours of a traditional Istrian house, while the interior is fully adapted to tourist rentals, which means that it has three bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor, and the third bedroom is located on the ground floor together with the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom, and all are decorated in neutral warm tones.

The house was built on the northern part of the land, so a larger part of the yard could be used for the main function of this house, which is relaxation and fun by the pool. The rectangular pool is lined with Pebble Tec, and next to it is an auxiliary building with a summer kitchen and a technical room. In order to reduce energy consumption and negative impact on the environment, photovoltaic panels were placed on the roof of the auxiliary building. A large sun terrace is located between the house, the outbuilding and a small lawn, and is equipped with deckchairs and a solar shower. The now high green hedge is an effective curtain towards the road, so bathers can feel completely safe and hidden from the view of passers-by.
