Description

The recently renovated and extended stone house has two apartments, a swimming pool, a yard and a garage is located in a typical small village near Barban on the east coast of Istria. The house is situated in a side, quiet street, which is asphalted and excellently connects the house with nearby places - Rovinj and Pula, which are about 30 km away. Adrenaline Park Glavani is located just a few minutes' drive from the house, and the beach in the beautiful nature of the Raška Bay is 16 km away.

The larger apartment with four bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for a larger family, occupying the ground floor and first floor, while the two-bedroom apartment is located in the attic. The larger apartment is fully decorated, furnished, a pellet stove with warm air distribution is installed and it is ready to move into.

The attic apartment is accessed via an internal staircase from the lower apartment, but there is also a separate entrance via an external staircase, which is provided if the upper apartment is rented to guests. In the attic apartment, all the installations (water, electricity) are made, windows and shutters are mounter, walls are plastered and floor glazes are made so it remains to paint the walls, lay the floors, install lighting fixtures, sanitary equipment and furniture.

The front, western, yard is equipped with a swimming pool and a sunbathing area and is primarily intended for swimming and sunbathing. The pool is located right next to a high wall, which protects it from the view, and next to it there is a sunbathing area with deckchairs, while the remaining space in the yard is intended for parking. Considering that the house has a garage on the back side as well as a piece of yard, this parking area can be greened and attached to the sun deck if desired.

The house is completely legal, namely a decision on legalization has been issued, which means that there are no obstacles to obtaining a decision on categorization and renting the house. It is perfectly equipped for a year-round stay and we recommend it to a larger family who can move into the house very quickly. At the same time, there is also an apartment in the attic that can be used as a work studio or a guest apartment as a bonus.
