The partially renovated stone house in the area of Kanfanar extends over a total of three floors, and is located in the middle of a row of traditional stone houses.
The exterior is completely typical of a house built at the beginning of the 20th century, except that the plaster has been removed and the structure of the stone wall is now visible. The house has two floors of normal height, above which there is also an attic with a visible roof structure. On the front, western facade of the house, there are two openings per floor that are closed with metal and wooden shutters. The roof has been re-covered with traditional tiles, and one skylight has been installed. The interior of the house is completely stripped - most of the partition walls have been removed and the plaster has been removed from the load-bearing walls, which makes it easier to see the real size of the house as well as to visualize the future layout.
The house offers enough space for a family of four, with the possibility of purchasing a yard in the immediate neighborhood. Kanfanar, a quiet and picturesque town in the hinterland of Rovinj, is well connected to Istria and other places in the region, and this allows the future tenants of this house to quickly and easily travel to other places in Istria, whether for work or pleasure. It should also be mentioned that there is an excellent primary school in Kanfanar, and there is also a pharmacy and several shops and cafes.
