It was created through careful reconstruction with a lot of thought and love. During the reconstruction of the villa, great attention was paid to the smallest details, which were carefully thought out and designed. Special attention was paid to the use of original materials, so most of the floors are covered with old stone slabs that have been specially processed and re-installed, while the floors in the bedrooms are covered with Slavonian oak up to 4 m long.

The environment completely complements the Mediterranean character of this villa. It is enriched with herbs (Rosemary, Sage and Mint) whose scents prevail in the back part, while six 250-year-old olive trees and a beautiful lawn are regularly taken care of by a team of experts in the front part of the garden.

The pool, with an area of 55 square meters, is lined with the finest Spanish glass mosaic, which performs a real little light show under the sun's rays. And after swimming in the salt water of the pool, the relaxed atmosphere continues on the stone-paved sun deck, which completes the wonderful light show.

The villa is located in the western part of central Istria, not far from Višnjan. Precisely because of its position, it is literally possible to reach many contents in 15-20 minutes by car.
