Description

Built probably in the mid-twenties of the last century, this Italian villa served as a residence for the police chief until the Second World War, and after that, local families lived in the house until about 10 years ago, when it was abandoned. The interior of the villa is unusually bright and voluminous, thanks to the large windows and high ceilings - the height is about 3 meters. On the ground floor there are four rooms, a bathroom and a central corridor that continues to the staircase. Upstairs, we are greeted by as many as five large rooms.

Next to the house is a neglected garden dominated by various large trees - palm, olive, cedar and laurel. The garden is surrounded on all sides by a tall green hedge, so you have the feeling that the villa is located in a small clearing in the middle of the forest. With a little imagination and effort, this garden can look fantastic - there is more than enough space for a possible swimming pool or other sports facilities.

In the back garden there is a crumbling stone house with an area of 30 square meters and a cistern. In this part of the garden, parking for several cars can be arranged in the shade of the old ladonja.
