Farmers and companies registered for agricultural activities can construct an economic building of up to 600 m2 on this land.
The second piece of land is also located in the Madonna di Campo area, at a distance of 1.9 km. With an area of 6,003 m2.
The third piece of land, covering an area of 9,147 m2, is located 8 km from the first piece of land and consists of arable land and meadow in nature.
