Description

Old stone house in a picturesque place on the east coast of Istria, near Marčana, was thoroughly renovated a few years ago, and on that occasion the new owners gave it a completely unique look full of imaginative details. It is a house that abounds in picturesque colors, interesting pieces of furniture and numerous artifacts that find a new purpose here. You will hardly find here a trendy piece of furniture as sold in the malls today, instead the owners have restored old furniture from different eras and spiced it all up with vibrant colors characteristic of houses all over the Mediterranean.

The layout of the house is logical and functional, so on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, while the upper floors are reserved for bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom, while the attic is a story in itself. This floor was created by joining the attic and the second floor, all partition walls were removed, and the result is a large, bright room with a high ceiling and a visible roof structure. In the central part of the room there are two stylish beds between which there is a sofa, and right next to the staircase there is a toilet, a bathtub and an original bathroom cabinet with a mirror.

The outdoor space is decorated equally creatively, and although it does not have a lot of square footage, it offers everything you need to relax and stay outdoors. The swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and gazebo bed are located on the sunny, south-eastern part of the yard, and on the opposite side there is a dining table. Lush vegetation planted along the very border protects from view and offers a pleasant view of the greenery.

We rarely have the opportunity to see a house decorated with so much attention and creativity - everything is supported by the idea that you immerse yourself in the world of imagination, forget about every day and enjoy your vacation. Eastern Istria is adorned with a preserved coast and natural beaches, which are only three kilometers away, so we recommend this house to creatives and nature lovers.
