Description

Rural property immersed in the rolling hills of northern Istria features a traditional stone house with garden and vineyard. The house was built from beautifully processed stone - local limestone, with characteristic massive stone erts and a wooden roof. The walls in the interior are also not plastered, so even here you can see that the house was built by excellent craftsmen. It would be interesting to clean and leave some stone walls in the interior unplastered, as decoration but also as a reminder of some ancient times.

In front of the house there is a small yard, surrounded by a low stone wall, while on the other side of the road there is a spacious garden. The garden, with an area slightly larger than fifteen hundred square meters, consists of a vineyard and a meadow where, with a little effort, you can grow vegetables or plant a couple of olive trees.

The quiet village in which the house is located is only a few minutes' drive from Oprtalj and a little more from Grožnjan and Motovun - this is an area rich in various amenities with numerous hiking and biking trails.
