A carefully and lovingly grown olive grove with an area of almost 2 hectares is ideally located on top of a hill in a quiet and gentle environment between Rovinj, Rovinjsko Selo and the Lim Bay.

Only 1.6 km of air distance from the sea, this land provides excellent conditions for growing olives, and it is not surprising that in the past year 2022, about 7 tons of olives were collected, from which several hundred liters of extra virgin olive oil were produced. The oil from this olive grove has been winning gold and silver awards for years at Antonja, the traditional olive oil fair.

On the higher part of the terrain, which offers a view of the sea, there is an olive grove of the Leccino (70%), Frantoio and Pendolino (30%) varieties, which were planted in 2008. In 2010, the Bianchiera variety was planted on the lower part of the terrain on an area of over 7,700 m2.
