The traditional country house in the vicinity of Rovinj has recently been completely renovated and adapted to today's standards, and thanks to the combination of grouted stone walls and natural materials, it has retained a strong Mediterranean character. The living space is spread over three floors, and consists of a living area on the ground floor and a night area with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floors. On the opposite side of the fenced yard, there are two preserved stone barns, each of which has a ground floor and an attic.

The house whose area is approx. 210 m2 was built at the beginning of the twentieth century, and thoroughly renovated in 2018. The house consists of a ground floor of 70 m2, a first floor of 70 m2 and an attic of 70 m2. Vertical communication is made possible by an internal staircase. Massive load-bearing walls are built of stone. A wooden mezzanine structure was built. The roof is pitched, covered with gutters.

The total area of the land, including the area under the buildings, is 440 m2. There is enough space in the yard to park several cars.
