Whether it’s your first time buying, you’re moving up the property ladder, or looking for an investment, we make the process as straight forward and as easy as possible. Our team consists of highly motivated, licensed agents with at least 15 years of experience in the real estate business.
Experience and thoroughness are extremely important in our business because every sale is different, and in order to ultimately make sure the customer is safe, it is necessary to perform a whole series of checks and pre-works that differ depending on the situation.That is why the type of service is individually adjusted given the wishes of the buyer and the type of property being purchased.

The further procedure usually follows these steps:
1. ANALYSIS OF YOUR WISHES
Our process starts with an interview and analysis of your needs and expectations. Having been given an idea of your ideal home, the property searching progress can begin.
2. SELECTION OF PROPERTIES
A selection of properties is then presented and with your feedback, we reduce it to a shortlist of relevant properties to view.
3. VISITING PROPERTIES
In agreement with you and with the property owners, we arrange viewing dates and, if necessary, organize accommodation and transportation.
We don't charge viewing of the properties on work days, so until you buy the property, we work for you for free.
4. NEGOTIATION
After viewing, it is time to consider the options and possibly make an offer to purchase the property. If the seller accepts your offer, our job is to organize the entire purchase procedure in accordance with Croatian laws and the wishes of both parties.
5. SALES CONTRACT
At this stage, the buyer can choose whether he wants to hire the agency's lawyer or another lawyer to prepare the purchase contract.
6. OTHER DOCUMENTATION
In accordance with the agreement between the parties, before concluding the sales contract, we prepare photo documentation and a handover record.
7. HANDOVER
Upon completion of the sale, we will transfer utilities to your name and issue a detailed handover report.
8. AFTER SALES

9. BROKERAGE FEE
We enjoy our work and our greatest reward is the smile on the face of the buyer and seller after a successfully organized sale. If you decide to hire us to find you a property and organize the purchase and sale, we will do our best to justify your trust, and in case of success, we hope for a commission that is standardly 3%+VAT of the price of the property. Let's also mention that you don't need to pay the commission when paying the down payment, but only when the purchase is secure, that is, when more than half of the purchase price is paid.
