The stone houses, originally built in the early twentieth century, have been completely restored after a hundred years, and thanks to moderate, well-dosed interventions have not lost on character and warmth.

The living space is arranged in the houses of Vera, Pina and Ana, each of which has two bedrooms, and the house of Lori is arranged as a large space for joint societies. Particularly impressive is the house Ana, with an area of 136 m2, whose interior is dominated by massive, hand-hewn beams in combination with large stone blocks, and on the first floor stands out a bed on a raised pedestal. To the left of the house Ana are Pina with 86m2 and Vera with 85 m2. To the right of them is the House Lori, 57 m2. Total = 364m2.

All houses have electric underfloor heating, and on the ground floor of each house there is a stone fireplace connected to fan coils.

On this property, children do not have to reach for their mobile phones, namely after having fun by the pool, they can continue playing in the deep shade under which there are swings or on a mini football field.
