Built on the site of an Austro-Hungarian town house, this completely new villa largely adopted the external appearance of its predecessor, while modern materials and top-quality equipment were used for construction. A row of oleanders and an elegant wrought-iron fence hide the yard from the view from the street, and the street front with numerous elements characteristic of a villa from the beginning of the 20th century can be seen through the canopies of palm trees.
