The old estate above the valley of the river Mirna between Motuvun and Oprtalj offers one of the best views that can be found in Istria. The property to which the recently paved road leads consists of a series of old stone houses built on land of more than 2,000 m2.

The property consists of a house located on building land (approx. 705 m2) and land located outside the construction area (approx. 1,375 m2). The house is located on the upper, northern part of the land and the southern part of the land descends all the way to the paved road.
