The traditional country house in the vicinity of Rovinj has recently been completely renovated and adapted to today's standards, and thanks to the combination of grouted stone walls and natural materials, it has retained a strong Mediterranean character. The living space is spread over three floors, and consists of a living area on the ground floor and a night area with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floors. On the opposite side of the fenced yard, there are two preserved stone barns, each of which has a ground floor and an attic.

The house whose area is approx. 210 m2 was built at the beginning of the twentieth century, and thoroughly renovated in 2018. The house consists of a ground floor of 70 m2, a first floor of 70 m2 and an attic of 70 m2. Vertical communication is made possible by an internal staircase. Massive load-bearing walls are built of stone. A wooden mezzanine structure was built. The roof is pitched, covered with gutters.

The total area of the land, including the area under the buildings, is 440 m2. There is enough space in the yard to park several cars.

The ground floor includes a living room with kitchen and dining room and a toilet. The 1st floor comprises two bedrooms with bathrooms. The 2nd floor comprises two bedrooms with bathrooms. The house is facing west.

The house is fitted with inverter air conditioner Mitsubishi (6x), electric underfloor heating in bathrooms and solar panels for heating of hot water (2x).

Architectural joinery and equipment

Double glazed PVC windows and balcony doors and contemporary interior doors (with door frames) have been installed. In-wall flush toilet tank system, photovoltaic panels (10x), modern sanitaryware and LCD TV.

Floor coverings

Ceramic tiles are laid on the ground floor and in the bathrooms, while in other spaces is fixed laminate flooring.

The house comes with all furniture, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom furniture.

The yard has enough space for parking several cars.

The access road to the house is paved. House is connected to the city sewage system. The house has an electricity supply, a water supply, a fixed line telephone and a satellite TV antenna.
