Description
The house is located in the area of Kanfanar, so it is an ideal location for exploring this part of Istria, and especially for everyone who gravitates towards nearby Rovinj, either for work or going to the sea. The house, quite typical for railway houses, was built from massive stone blocks, and the previous owners expanded and renovated it thirty years ago, but in spite of this, the house has largely retained its original charm. The house consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a central area where the living room and bedroom are arranged. Next to the house there is an auxiliary building, which is used as a utility - a laundry room and a storage room.
On the other side of the garden, there is a garage, a workshop, a storage room for wood and a garden house. The garden is abundant with various plants, flowers and pergolas overgrown with climbing plants, and there is also an artificial pond with fish. In order to be able to enjoy all this wealth of greenery and stone, a gazebo with a bench was placed in the middle of the garden.
